Arctic Fog, Inc. manufactures a full line of commercial 1000 psi high pressure pumps from 1/4 horsepower patio systems up to 10 hp industrial applications. Built to outlast the competition, we use only the best parts available. All of our pumps are rubber isolated mounted to aluminum frame with a cover to reduce weather damage. We use TEFC (totally enclose fan cooled motors) for optimum durability and longevity. All of our pumps are equipped with 5 micron filtration with easy to replace cartridges, a low pressure safety switch, thermal by pass and liquid filled stainless steel gauges. |

Atomization Lines
Arctic Fog Inc. uses the highest quality stainless steel tubing on the market. Our entire atomization manifold is tig welded in standard spacing of 12", 18", and 24" on center. Custom spacing can be made to fit your application. Our misting lines carry a lifetime warranty. |

Nozzles
Arctic Fog Inc. offers an extensive line of brass and stainless anti-drip nozzles. Our standard system is installed with brass nozzles that come with a stainless steel impeller. The anti-drip feature reduces nozzle maintenance, and is designed not to drip when the system is shut off or staged. They come in various sizes .006, .008, .012, and .020. Nozzle extensions are also available in a wide variety of lengths. Our extensions work as a tuning device that places the nozzle exactly where it needs to be for optimal cooling. Impingement fog nozzles and customs tree clusters are also available.
Supply Line
Our high pressure supply line "soft tubing" is a 3 ply nylon core hydraulic hose with thread in fittings to provide a positive seal. Unlike other companies who use push together "do it yourself" hose and fittings, we carry only the best. |

Water Filtration:
As a standard every Arctic Fog, Inc. misting system is equipped with a 5 micron filter to reduce scale build up. This type of filtration is accomplished by mechanically removing solid matter from the water stream by trapping particles in a solid media. Our filters are also enclosed by a leak proof seal. Arctic Fog, Inc. also offers dual filtration systems for customers that live in “hard water” areas and need additional filtration. In addition, if you are looking for complete filtration, we also offer a wide variety of different softeners and reverse osmosis systems that can be installed before your misting system

Also used as a profitable alternative to swamp coolers/or air conditioning units, misting systems have become more widely used in automotive service bays and in warehouses for shop cooling. We have a variety of misting systems and misting fans to meet your needs. |
